• Basic salary £45-50k dependent on experience
• Performance related bonus with total OTE up to £60k

This is a newly created position offering the right candidate an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future growth of this historic School.

The Elms is an independent, co-educational, day and boarding prep school set in a 40 acre rural site with its own farm and equestrian facilities, flanked by the beautiful Malvern Hills. Believed to be the oldest prep school in England still operating on its original site, The Elms has a history stretching back over 400 years. The School is known for its nurturing care and for preparing its well-rounded, curious and proactive children for a broad range of outstanding senior schools that best suit them.

This is a year-round position that would suit a candidate who has run a successful admissions office at a leading independent school.

The Head of Admissions and Marketing will be responsible for pupil recruitment, marketing and the entire admissions process to deliver on objectives to ensure that the School operates at full capacity with children who are suited to The Elms. He or she will excel in customer service and pupil recruitment while representing The Elms with a friendly, confident and professional approach.
