Head of Brand & Digital
ACS International Schools are recruiting for Head of Brand & Digital to join the team.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Development & Admissions this role will be responsible for the ACS’ Brand, sub brands, its external corporate reputation and leading ACS’s digital presence. This role sets digital best practices, owns the ACS website and is responsible overall for ACS premium brand position.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
ACS Strategy: Brand strategy, and ACS wide digital transformation projects.
Brand: With the Head of Marketing & Admissions lead ACS brand development engaging with and influencing all internal key stakeholders.
Acts as ACS brand champion and engages all parts of the organisation in the brand strategy through cross-functional collaboration. development and implementation, leading brand evolution as required.
Manage ACS employer brand identity and proposition – in line with ACS values to attract, develop and retain talent.
Lead physical branding in all schools working with Marketing Managers to implement.
Responsible for registration and protection of trademarks and copyrights for ACS and approves new use of branding across the organisation.
Develops master branded materials for the schools working with Head Marketing and Communications UK Schools.
Develops Fundraising branding and communications working with the Development team.
Supports Doha marketing team with branding leadership and works with Marketing Manager Doha to approve all branding for Doha.
Leads the creation of all new non-campaign related stills photography, videos, graphics, and animations as required by UK schools marketing teams to better showcase the ACS brand to key internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Develops and manages ACS company-wide internal communications and external corporate comms.
Member of crisis comms response team.
Digital
Responsible for ACS website ensuring it is on brand and supports ACS & schools’ strategic goals and central function requirements and drives effective SEO.
Oversee agency relationships with digital suppliers e.g. PPC, website and development and manage team of 3 to deliver campaigns against agreed objectives.
Oversee ACS social media strategy and best practice setting guidelines. Owns corporate social media function.
Develops regular-giving digital campaigns to reach fundraising targets working with Development team to meet business objectives.
Lead on content development to meet schools’ requirements delivering market-leading content and assets – video, photography, written content.
Oversees and reports on ACS online reputation working with key stakeholders to initiate action as needed.
Sets guidelines
Leads on digital-related corporate reputation issues.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Brand professional with demonstrable experience of brand management
Digital experience and knowledge of programmes and software,
Good project management skills with an eye for detail and an ability to see things through.
Clear oral and written communicator with the ability to work effectively and establish credibility with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
