Working for one of the leading girls’ independent boarding schools in the country, the post-holder will be integral in developing and delivering a successful communication and marketing strategy and through effective PR content will build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Working as part of a well-resourced and dynamic team, the Head of Communications and Marketing will play an essential part in showcasing Downe House. To be successful, you will need to be a confident communicator, think strategically and be skilled in creating and delivering content in a variety of ways. You will demonstrate a hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail and ensure that a consistent on-brand message for the whole organisation is maintained.

Salary is circa £43k to £50k depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. Due to the nature of the role, please note that the position will be primarily office based during term time.
