Head of Development

Here at The Abbey we recognise the wealth and diversity of our workforce to ensure that our students receive the very best learning experience. The Head of Development is a significant role within the School, working closely with the Executive Head and leadership teams to manage long-term strategic development priorities for The Abbey.

The post holder will lead the Development and Engagement Office in running a comprehensive programme that fosters meaningful connections with alumnae and other members of The Abbey Community and promotes warm relationships and engagement. They will also oversee all fundraising campaigns and initiatives with a particular focus on capital project and bursary support. We are looking for a committed and inspirational individual ready to take part in an exciting period of strategic development and renewal.
