Head of Development and Alumni Relations 

We are looking for a Head of Development and Alumni Relations to work with the Headmaster and the Director of External Relations to shape and manage development and alumni relations. Responsible for the leadership of the development office, key tasks will include the line management of the team, whilst supporting them in the creation and management of fundraising and alumni relations initiatives at all levels. The role will also involve leading the co-ordination, planning, administration and distribution of all communications; information research; effective database management and the organisation of, and attendance at, a varied diary of events.  The ability to make, maintain and develop connections with donors, prospective donors, Alumni, parents and staff will be essential.
