Wrekin College is a flourishing co-educational day and boarding school in a beautiful part of Shropshire. The school has around 550 pupils with over 100 boarders, housed in three boarding houses. The pupils come from over 20 different countries across all age ranges at the school.
Our attractive and spacious grounds span 100 acres and facilities include a dedicated Art School, Design School, purpose-built 200-seat theatre, fitness suite, squash courts, two floodlit all-weather (astroturf) sports pitches, cricket fields, rugby pitches, tennis and netball courts, Dance Studio, sports halls, gymnasium, six-lane 25m indoor swimming pool, Fives courts, indoor rowing facilities, computer suites, library, Chapel and Sixth Form Centre. Our Business School opened in 2017, our new Music School in January 2020 and 2023 will see building start on our new centre for Design and Technology.
Wrekin College is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic and confident communicator with the ability to forge strong working relationships with agents, parents and pupils. You will need to tap into existing and new markets for international boarding students and promote the Wrekin brand on global platform.
You will have a proven track record in sales and enjoy foreign travel, be highly organised and have strong administration skills. A knowledge and understanding of the independent school sector is essential.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be some requirement to travel and to work at evenings and weekends.
