37.5 hours – all year, plus occasional weekend/evening work
Pangbourne College requires a Head of Marketing and Communications to help shape and deliver our Marketing Strategy. This is a hands-on as well as strategic role. You will provide a critical link between College strategy, External Relations strategy and how we deliver our key messages effectively to the marketplace. Managing a small team of two, you will drive consistency with key messages and the College brand and ensure all marketing activities are coordinated across marketing channels. With a strong focus and desire to increase pupil numbers and our geographic reach, this is an exciting time to join the team and have a very real and highly visible impact.
A marketing qualification and/or experience gained in a similar role is essential. You must possess an outgoing, positive attitude and the desire to build relationships with a range of people. Experience of managing a small team and running a budget would be highly beneficial. You will understand the importance of good planning and execution as well as the know-how to bring our brand to life.
