St Mary’s School, Cambridge is an independent day and boarding school for girls aged 3 to 18.

St Mary’s are seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications to execute all aspects of the marketing, PR and communications requirements of the School and you will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies. You will have a sound understanding of marketing principles and commercial acumen, together with a creative flair to deliver effective marketing campaigns. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and using your own initiative.

Marketing experience and knowledge within the education sector is desirable, or alternatively, you will have commercial marketing experience, and are able demonstrate how your skills and experience would transfer to the independent schools’ sector.

You will be a self-starter with a hands-on approach and will have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse groups of people, including staff, parents, pupils, prospective parents and feeder schools.
