Head of Senior Admissions

Millfield School is seeking to appoint a Head of Senior Admissions to coordinate the work of the Admissions Department. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the admissions process driving recruitment of new pupils, reporting to the Deputy Head (Enrolment and Outreach).

The Head of Senior Admissions will be a passionate advocate for Millfield and our vision to be the world leader for the development of children. They will manage the day-to-day work of the Millfield Admissions team, developing and fostering effective relationships with a wide range of teaching and support staff colleagues. She/he will be a prominent ambassador for the school, combining a genuine commitment to customer service and strong market knowledge with excellent administrative and organisational skills.

The successful candidate may have previous experience of admissions in independent schools and understand recruitment processes for pupils in both the UK and overseas.

This is a full-time position primary working Monday to Friday; however some weekend and evening work will be required as an integral part of the role and attendance at all Open Mornings is expected.
