High School Engagement and Marketing Manager

Who has strong leadership skills and has demonstrated personal impact on creating organizational value through stakeholder and client relationships and has demonstrable experience of digital marketing engagement to high school counsellors and/or international students, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a High School Engagement and Marketing Manager responsible for owning the development and marketing communications plan for the global high school channel on behalf of the Glion, Les Roches and École Ducasse brands. The role holder will directly support the UK-based director of undergraduate recruitment with direct high school engagement activity in the wider Northern European region.
You will increase the pipeline and conversion rates of undergraduate students for future intakes via a relationship marketing approach and creating valued interactions and engagements with university and careers counsellors in the relevant target group of international and local high schools. Your role responsibilities will include:
Annually review and deliver the high school engagement and marketing plan in co-operation with the marketing team and with Sommet Education’s regional enrolment directors
Execution of the high school channel development plan, working closely with Sommet Education’s regional teams and high school specialists.
The role holder reports to the Vice President, Marketing, but will also be accountable to the Regional Director of Undergraduate recruitment in delivering high school engagement activity across the region and in particular on engagement with UK high schools through the ownership of specific counsellor and high school relationships. This will require a hands-on sales approach to personally execute many of the range of activities listed above in a selective group of schools.
