International Recruitment Manager

Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational  independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1850 day and boarding pupils, just 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

We are seeking to appoint an International Recruitment Manager who will play a key role in the School’s boarding recruitment strategy with the objective being to build the reputation of the School around the world, and to set and meet recruitment targets, in relation to numbers as well as quality of applicants. The successful candidate will lead on international pupil recruitment.

The International Recruitment Manager will also have responsibility for devising and implementing a comprehensive international recruitment strategy, and will monitor and report on global trends in education.

They will work sixty days a year, and should expect to spend at least half of this time in the field visiting recruitment fairs/meeting potential pupils and their families, as well as developing relationships with existing and potential agents.
