Director of Marketing and Engagement
Can you lead us through a brand transformation?
The successful applicant will provide dynamic and creative management of all internal and external communications and marketing in order to enhance the brand perception of Bishop’s Stortford College and further its regional and national profile and reputation.
The Role
This exciting new role will be a pivotal strategic management role, reporting to the College Head and working closely with the Executive (consisting of the Bursar, the Prep School Head and the Pre-Prep Head).
The Director of Marketing and Engagement will provide dynamic and creative management of all internal and external communications and associated teams, which include Marketing, Admissions and College Gateway, to enhance the brand awareness of Bishop’s Stortford College and further its regional and national profile.
The successful candidate will feel a strong sense of connection to Bishop’s Stortford College, its culture and strategic priorities, pupils, staff, senior leaders, parents and governors. The post holder will be an inspirational and dynamic leader, with high-level marketing, internal and external comms. The successful candidate will be a subtle but clear communicator, able to engage staff and others in the delivery of strategic aims and will thrive on the opportunity to define clear strategy and implement and monitor its effectiveness.

Remuneration
Salary for this role will be competitive, and reflective of the seniority of the position.
