Marketing, Admissions and Communications Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on the role of Marketing, Admissions and Communications Assistant. This post will initially be for a one academic year fixed term contract with possible extension. Working alongside the Headteacher, the Marketing, Communications and Admissions team, as well as other teaching and support staff colleagues, this role will be integral to the success of the recruitment of pupils.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative admissions support to our team and to work on the implementation of effective engagement strategies for the School.

The school is characterised by a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere, as noted by our recent visit from ISI. New colleagues are supported through an introduction and ongoing training in Jesuit Education.

This is a part-time position required for 20 hours per week during term-time, plus 5 additional days to be mutually agreed. The place of work is the school and the hours of the role will be flexible and agreed with the successful candidate in advance.
