Marketing and Business Development Manager

To maintain our position as a leading girls’ boarding school, we are seeking to recruit an experienced marketing and business development professional capable of promoting our excellent reputation within the UK and abroad.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head in this front-facing, ambassadorial role. You will:
• be a skilled marketeer, able to create content that conveys persuasively the character of the school and well-versed in the use of both traditional and digital channels
• have a strong focus on business development and be adept at identifying and building relationships with feeder schools
• have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents and with all other stakeholders in the school
While the role will be strongly focussed on marketing, parent communications/ relationships and business development you will also have overall responsibility for the whole of the admissions process, with the support of a part-time assistant who will handle the purely administrative aspects of the function under your direction.
This is a full time position and there will be a requirement to be flexible and able to work outside standard hours in order to promote the School.
