RSAcademics is a trusted consulting partner for schools in the UK and worldwide. We find and develop leaders, guide decision makers, solve practical problems and make connections so that schools can enhance their position in the market. Founded in 2002, we have grown steadily and we now work each year with over 250 different school clients in the UK and around the world and count over 80 employees and associates.

We are looking to appoint a talented marketer, ideally with experience of working in the education sector, into the role of Marketing and Communications Manager, reporting to the CEO. The position has a strong emphasis on CRM as well as developing social media engagement, website management and producing, publishing and disseminating thought-leadership pieces. You will join us at a time of growth and play a proactive part in the successful delivery of our five-year strategy.

The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy that will drive and support business growth and will ensure its successful implementation and delivery. The role will be focused on acquiring new clients in the UK and internationally, as well as retaining and building more value out of those we already have. The aim of the Marketing and Communications Manager is to put RSAcademics in the best position to attract new leads, convert the leads into customers, increase client loyalty, cross-sell existing services, and help to identify new ones.

The role requires taking a data-driven approach to developing marketing plans. You will fully utilise the range of tools we already have at our disposal, especially Salesforce CRM.  Ideally you will also have some experience of using marketing automation platforms and you’ll bring on board other new channels too. In addition to data and digital, you will demonstrate excellent creative judgement and take pride in writing clear and intelligent communications.

This position is an opportunity for a motivated and well-rounded individual to work in a pivotal and challenging role where no two days are the same, and as part of an organisation looking to grow nationally and internationally. If you share our commitment to education and schools and feel you meet the criteria please get in touch.

Interested candidates are invited to contact Karen Rawlings, Managing Director at karenrawlings@rsacademics.com  to arrange an informal and confidential discussion about the role.
