St Augustine’s Priory is a leading Catholic, independent day school for girls aged 3-18 (with boys in the Nursery) set in 13 acres of grounds which delivers excellence in all aspects of the school.  We are visionary in our approach to education, pastoral care and how we see schools preparing pupils for their future in the 21st and 22nd centuries!  With so many strengths we are conscious of the need to develop our brand identity and distinctive positioning to convey our core messages through innovative and compelling storytelling.  

We now seek an individual to join the existing team to help us implement our marketing strategy and also contribute to its evolution.  Ideas are as welcome as excellent execution of multi-channel campaigns.

The successful candidate will work to convey the school’s core points of difference through creative and effective storytelling using digital and analogue channels as well as in face to face interactions with existing and prospective parents.  In consequence this is not a desk-based role.  You will need to be active around the school, establishing productive relationships with teachers and others to help you identify engaging ways in which to tell the story of the school on a day to day basis.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of website content management systems and analytics as well as an understanding of corporate social media platforms.  They will be an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.   Strong IT skills and an ability to work under pressure and prioritise work are essential.
