Marketing Manager

Oundle School is one of the country’s leading co-educational boarding and day schools, with 860 boarding and 250 day pupils. A further 260 day pupils attend Laxton Junior School. The School is located in the picturesque village of Oundle.

The Communications and Marketing team covers all aspects of marketing and press for both Oundle School and Laxton Junior School, as well as overseeing the brand and image of the wider Corporation of Oundle School. The chosen candidate will work closely not just with the Marketing team but also staff throughout the Schools to assist with marketing activities.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will coordinate and deliver the marketing strategies for both Schools, including an appropriate and effective marketing approach for pupil admissions, both national and international. We are looking for an individual who is able to work both in a team and independently, with strong leadership and time management skills. Responsibilities of the role include leading on flagship publications, leading social media strategies and managing marketing campaigns.

This is a part-time role working 46.38 weeks per annum, 40 hours over 5 days per week, during term time (33 weeks), and 32 hours over 4 days per week, out of term time.  

The successful candidate will be educated to a degree level or equivalent. Experience in a similar role is prerequisite, including market research and analysis, marketing strategy, strategic planning and implementation and social media.
