Marketing Manager

Our vision as a marketing team is to be the engine of growth fundamentally setting and driving enrolment and advocacy for ACS’s UK schools. Each of our 3 schools is individual.

ACS Hillingdon is forging the way in education with a refreshing approach to preparing young people for the future world of work. It offers both the academically challenging IB, and US curriculum appealing to both international and local families, but also new courses in SFX with Pinewood studios and Expressive arts with LAMDA.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in sharing the exciting range of opportunities and wonderful student success stories that ACS Hillingdon offers with an engaged Greater London audience . You will have digital experience, creative ideas, a can-do attitude and be able to build strong internal relationships to discover the personal stories and insights that make Hillingdon so special. You’ll need to execute a 360-marketing plan and be responsible for key enrolment driving campaigns and events, maintaining the premium brand position of an ACS school and extending its digital footprint out into the community through compelling social media, communications and materials. You’ll support our Admissions team with ideas to ensure the best customer experience and support the school leadership team with your insights and knowledge on what future families want from a modern education. You will have three main areas of responsibility:

Enrolment Driving:

Campaign development and performance tracking

Social Media content development & posting

Key message development and training for internal stakeholders

Set the framework for external PR agency

Internal Comms:

Support the Head with compelling parent comms – video, podcasting, etc

Develop a retention marketing strategy

Source and develop school, teacher, student stories and turn into compelling content

Be the brand champion ensuring advocacy and engagement with brand guidelines and ACS values internally.

Planning and insight:

Plot and track competitors

Understand the market and its segments

Recommend school proposition changes

Develop and execute a 360 marketing plan

Manage budgets and input into strategic planning

This role reports to the Head of UK Schools Marketing. Ideally you will be based 2 or 3 days a week at Hillingdon 1 day at our head office in Cobham with the wider marketing team. Flexibility on hybrid working during off-peak times.

This position could be right for you if you:

Have experience developing 360 enrolment-driving marketing campaigns

Can demonstrate use of consumer insight, competitor tracking and using data effectively

Have experience in premium sectors

Have utilised digital platforms and content

Have previously managed events (between 50 and 250 people)

Have local market knowledge (Central & West London, Uxbridge & Bucks)

This is a full time role, based at ACS Hillingdon with weekly time at our Head Office in Cobham. The salary range is £35k – £39k.
