Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of a strategic marketing and recruitment plan for Woodbridge School, including the Prep and Senior School. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will work closely with the Admissions Team to optimise pupil recruitment, conversion and retention.

This position will play a key role during an exciting period of our development, leading on and implementing a range of marketing and communication opportunities and strategies for Woodbridge School, including: digital marketing and oversight of the website, campaign management, brand management (both in the UK and overseas), publications and print material, internal and external communications (including press and media relations), and corporate and recruitment events, and conferences.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns. You will possess a high level of expertise in marketing, brand and communications strategy, with the ability to advise senior management. You will be responsible for day to day line management of the Marketing and Events Co-ordinator, and will therefore need to have line management experience. A good understanding of the challenges facing the independent education market both in the UK and internationally would be desirable.
