Grade/Salary: c £22,000 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience
St Peter’s School, York, is a dynamic, forward-looking HMC independent school for day and boarding pupils based a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre of York.
We are seeking an ambitious and innovative individual to work within a small team delivering marketing and communications functions for our three schools. The post will suit a talented and creative individual seeking to develop their marketing career. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will make a significant contribution to the Marketing function, supporting recruitment activity for the School and working with colleagues across the School to enhance the customer experience.
The Marketing Officer will hold specific responsibility for planning and delivering a termly programme of engaging, inspiring and distinctive content (including videos, gifs, photos, blogs, news stories, flyers and posters) across all channels. S/he will seek and develop creative methods to promote the work of the School, and will be responsible for the results of the projects they manage.
With experience in marketing and educated to degree level, applicants must possess strong copywriting and organisational skills together with a drive to continuously improve on performance.
