PR AND PUBLICATIONS MANAGER
Permanent, full time, 09.00 – 17.00, 40 hours per week. Salary: circa £38,000 – £40,000 per annum The environment: Harrow School is situated in Harrow on the Hill in north-west London and is one of the best-known schools in the world. Around 840 boys study at Harrow and live in the School’s 12 boarding houses. The School’s multi-skilled Communications team consists of a Head of Communications, Head of Brand, Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Artworker and Editor. The Communications team provides communications support across the entire School community. The role: The PR and Publications Manager plays a pivotal role in the School’s proactive communications strategy, promoting Harrow to the wider world. You will be responsible for the School’s PR campaigns, the content and development of the School’s digital assets and you will oversee all on- and offline publications, ensuring they are on-brand and meet their objectives. The skills: You will have a degree in a relevant field such as PR, marketing or English, as well as experience of planning, undertaking, delivering and managing communications campaigns, strategies and materials. You will relish the chance to use your considerable experience in a high-profile communications role to devise fresh ways to cultivate our international, renowned brand. Using your innovative expertise with traditional and social media you will create compelling collateral and opportunities to promote the world-class education services that Harrow provides.
