Prep Admissions Manager
This role is an incredible opportunity for an Admissions or Customer Service professional to join Wycliffe College Prep School as it enters a new dynamic chapter under the leadership of our Prep Head, Helena Grant. Enthusiastic, highly approachable, and with a passion for excellent customer service, this is a public-facing role in the school and the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with prospective families. Wycliffe Prep School is a thriving Day and Boarding School for children aged 3 – 13, which has seen significant increases in pupil recruitment over the past year with a good mix of UK and overseas pupils.
The Prep School Admissions Manager will be part of the Wycliffe College Marketing and Admissions Team reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, and with a dotted line to the Prep Head. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the enquiry through to admission and as the first contact for most families will need to have excellent communication and people skills with an attention to detail. As a highly literate and numerate individual, the postholder will manage the Pupil Enquiry and Admissions Database through iSAMS (full training will be provided), reporting regularly to the Director of Marketing and Admissions on our pupil recruitment position.
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential and experience within admissions in an educational setting would be a distinct advantage.
