St Leonards School in St Andrews is seeking an outstanding Registrar to join our newly formed External Relations department.
With overall responsibility and leadership for St Leonards’ student admissions, the postholder will work towards strategic targets agreed with the Head of External Affairs, reporting on progress and key achievements. The Registrar will lead effective and efficient student recruitment, identifying new and emerging markets as well as monitoring current admissions pathways.
The role sits within the External Affairs Department, a collaborative structure encompassing Admissions, Marketing and Development functions. The Registrar will line manage the Assistant Registrar and will report to the Head of External Affairs. The postholder must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and a ‘growth mindset’ to be successful in this role.
