Senior Admissions Manager
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to play an integral role in providing a proactive, efficient and customer focussed admissions service to families considering entry to Oakham School. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Admissions to manage the admissions cycle and to provide input at a strategic level. They will also be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the team’s Admissions Officers and Administrators.
This busy and varied role requires a person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with prospective parents and educational agents (both UK and overseas) as they move through the admissions process. The successful candidate will need to be able to multitask and provide a first-class level of customer service. They should be capable of organising and prioritising their own work, exercising initiative and working well under pressure. Prior experience in an Admissions role is essential for this position. This is a full-time role, working an average of 37.5 hours per week all year round (plus approx. 12 Saturday mornings per year, on a rota basis). Full details are available on our website.
