Warwick School is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys. Set in 50 acres adjacent to the River Avon the school has a long tradition for educational success at the highest level. We are currently seeking a registrar to provide an outstanding customer service for pupils at 11+, 16+ and other year groups, to ensure the continued health of Warwick School. We offer an exceptionally vibrant environment in which to work with supportive staff and a forward-looking, innovative ethos.

You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from prospective parents and will be the “public face” of Warwick School. It is therefore vital that you have a good understanding of the processes required to recruit students and will display exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous admissions experience within education
  • Degree level education or significant relevant experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to quickly inspire confidence
  • A collaborative manner, and a flexible, “can do” approach
  • Strong experience and understand of MS Office.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and take responsibility for all aspects of the customer journey, including organising and running admissions events and communications.
