Videographer and Content Creator

A dynamic and innovative Videographer and Content Creator is sought to work within a forward-thinking Marketing team to contribute to, and further develop, Bradfield’s digital offering in line with the institution’s emerging strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for turning creative ideas into compelling video content and will primarily be responsible for planning, filming, editing and publishing video across the College’s digital platform portfolio.

The successful candidate will create original and engaging content to reach our target audiences, not only prospective parents and pupils, but also current parents and alumni. A creative thinker, the successful candidate will have sound editorial skills, excellent attention to detail, creative flair and an eye for aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to self-motivate and work under pressure to deadlines while contributing to the output of a small marketing team. They will possess a passion for creating and editing video content and a high level of understanding of post-production techniques. They will be highly proficient in Adobe CC (or equivalent) software: Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut), After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and they will also have strong copywriting skills and editorial judgment as well as excellent project management skills.

The post would suit an experienced videographer or a highly-skilled graduate looking to start a career in videography and marketing.
