Admissions Coordinator

Permanent | Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

St Edmund's School Canterbury is seeking an organised, personable and customer-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our Admissions team.

As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional admissions experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment. Working closely with the Head of Admissions, you will coordinate school visits, assessments, interviews and admissions events, maintain accurate records using the School's MIS and CRM systems, and ensure every family receives outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.

Act as the first point of contact for prospective families, educational agents and guardians.

Coordinate visits, assessments, interviews and admissions events.

Maintain accurate admissions records and applicant data.

Support scholarship, bursary and international admissions processes.

Assist with UKVI compliance for international pupils.

Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to support pupil recruitment.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the School's values.

You will have:

Experience in a customer-facing administrative or coordination role.

Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience using CRM or database systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive approach and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Experience within education, admissions or independent schools, and knowledge of iSAMS or similar systems, would be advantageous.
