We are seeking an experienced and analytical Admissions Manager (Data and Strategy) to lead and develop the school's admissions function. This is a key role, responsible for managing the admissions process, analysing admissions data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic planning.
The successful candidate will oversee the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective families while using data and market intelligence to inform decision-making.
Working closely with the Head, Senior Leadership Team, and Marketing colleagues, you will play a central role in developing admissions strategies, monitoring conversion rates, forecasting pupil numbers, and producing insightful reports to support the school's strategic objectives.
