Admissions Partnerships Lead

Bootham School is seeking an Admissions Partnerships Lead to join its ambitious Marketing and Admissions Department. The Admissions Partnerships Lead will play a key role in building, managing and strengthening relationships with external partners - including international education agents, overseas schools and UK feeder schools - to support the School’s pupil recruitment and partnership development objectives.
Acting as an ambassador for the School, the postholder will work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing and Admissions Team to manage external partnerships, represent the School at events in the UK and overseas, and to support a positive admissions journey for prospective families introduced through partner relationships.
The role offers the opportunity to play a visible part in developing the School’s external partnerships activity within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and relationship-builder, capable of managing a varied workload.
Based in the centre of York, Bootham School offers a wonderful work environment where community is at the heart of school life. This role is a year-round full-time role, part-time working will be considered.
