Communications Manager

We’re looking for a Communications Manager to join our central marketing team.
This is a role for someone who can think strategically, write brilliantly and deliver at pace. You’ll help shape how we communicate internally and externally, working across the organisation on everything from internal and executive communications to media, thought leadership, reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
We want someone who brings bright ideas and fresh thinking – someone with the confidence to offer a different perspective and the judgement to know when to challenge, when to listen and when to act.
This is a busy role in a small team, so you’ll need to be as comfortable shaping the thinking as you are making things happen. You’ll be ready to run with things, able to prioritise when everything feels important, and flexible enough to switch gears when plans change. Above all, you’ll share our ambition to build the reputation and influence of Cavendish Education and our schools.
