St Paul’s is a selective Independent Day School for boys aged 13-18, occupying a superb 45-acre site on the south bank of the Thames, west of Hammersmith Bridge. St Paul’s School excels academically at both A level and GCSE, with some of the highest national scores, but it is the work beyond the curriculum that excites both students and teachers alike. Deputy Admissions Manager (11+)

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Admissions team. This varied role is responsible for coordinating the 11+ admissions process for St Paul’s Prep School, supporting prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
Working closely with colleagues across Admissions and the Prep School, you will manage assessments and events, provide tours, maintain candidate records, and deliver an outstanding experience for families throughout the admissions journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, worked over 3 days, with Monday being a required working day. The remaining 2 days will be discussed at interview. The post is term time, 34 weeks, plus 4 weeks.
The post holder will be expected to work occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings, for which time off in lieu will be given. Reasonable notice will be given for out of hours’ work.
